  • She has worked alongside local football clubs ranging from EFL to VAFA and junior teams
  • Her interests in physiotherapy include sport, spinal and women’s health
  • She treats with hands on techniques and exercises to treat and prevent injuries
  • She speaks English, Tamil, Malay, Indonesian and is competent in Auslan
  • Shakthi runs the Monday, Wednesday and Friday hydrotherapy classes.

 
 

Bryce Willoughby

  • Graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne in 2005
  • Has worked at both private practices and the Dandenong Valley Hospital
  • Bryce has provided his physiotherapy services for the Berwick City Soccer Club for 4 seasons
  • He has a strong interest in all injuries related to team sports, especially soccer
  • He also has a keen interest in shoulder injuries, as he himself has undergone surgery for a sporting injury
  • Bryce primarily works the afternoon and evening shifts, making him accessible to those who work long, or late hours

  • Is fanatical about sports, competing in soccer and cricket from a young age, Steve now competes in multi-disciplinary sports ranging from triathlons to Tough Mudder events
  • Has spent time working with AFL and Soccer Clubs as well as being involved in Triathlons including the 2012 Melbourne Ironman

 

 

Christian Becker

  • Graduated from a private Physiotherapy College in Germany in 1996
  • Gained valuable experience after travelling through Europe in Orthopaedics, manipulative and sports physiotherapy
  • Spent 4 years in the Navy, gaining personal skills managing special unit companies
  • Has a special interest in manipulative, sports physiotherapy and pilates.
  • Chris is involved with local football, cycling and triathlon clubs
  • His hobbies include cycling, skiing and triathlon

 

Jonathan Bell

JonathanM Physio (Melb.)

  • Studied at Curtain University School of Physiotherapy in Perth, Western Australia
  • Graduated with Honours in 1998
  • Completed his Masters in Musculoskeletal and Manipulative Physiotherapy at Melbourne University, and finished as dux of his year
  • Has a keen interest in the treatment and rehabilitation of sports related musculoskeletal injuries and dysfunction
  • Has been involved with the Hopman Cup and the West Australian Open
  • Has worked with club level tennis players and triathletes competing in events ranging from sprint distance to Ironman
  • Is also an Occupational Physiotherapist who specialises in the management of the injured workers and their timely return to normal function, life and work

Andrew Ritter

  • Has spent time at the Australian Institute of Sport
  • Worked at the 2000 Sydney Olympics (Beach Volleyball) and the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games (Swimming)
  • Is the Head physiotherapist at the Casey Tigersharks Junior Swim Club with their State and National level swimmers
  • Has worked with the Victorian Institute of Sport, Junior Triathlon Squad and local Casey Cardinia Triathlon Squad
  • Regularly competes in triathlons
  • Is passionate about the assessment and treatment of swimming, cycling and running related injuries, and also Dance Medicine
